A brief history of the MineStream

The Minestream was founded in March of 2012 by Peter Watkinson and Ethan Voorhees to raise money for Child’s Play. After frantically organizing an event in little under two months, the first Minestream event commenced mid-July raising over $1300 for the charity.

The event featured renowned Youtube celebrities such as CraftedMovie, Slamacow, Sethbling, Vareide and many more! A few organization hiccups occurred during the event but over all it was still a great success.

The next event date has not been confirmed yet but we are aiming for a June/July 2013.
